Payment Information & Policies

To ensure secure, convenient, and reliable transactions, Motolectron - North Caloocan implements a strict in-house payment verification system. Our system and administrators must verify your payment reference number and uploaded proof of payment before your order can be fully processed. Verification time usually takes a few minutes during business hours.

For website orders, checkout supports GCash, Banco de Oro (BDO), and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Choose a partial product payment, pay the full product total before the delivery fee is known, or wait and pay products plus delivery in one transfer. Every valid payment starts a first-paid, first-served reservation while an Administrator or Owner verifies the reference. The final balance is always the confirmed order total minus verified payments.

Website payment methods

1. GCash

During checkout, enter the GCash reference number and upload a screenshot of the successful transaction. The payment is strictly cross-checked by our administrators before the order is approved.

2. Online Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit

You can transfer payments directly to the official Motolectron bank accounts shown during checkout. Upload the correct deposit slip or transfer screenshot and provide the reference number for verification.

• Banco de Oro (BDO)

• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

Official account names and numbers are provided during checkout. Please verify the recipient details before sending.

3. In-Store Payments (For Walk-in Customers)

If you are visiting our physical store in North Caloocan, our Point-of-Sale (POS) system accepts the following:

• Cash

• GCash (via Store QR Code)

• Installment Financing: We have partnered with financing providers such as Home Credit, Salmon, Skyro, Atome, and BillEase for flexible payment terms. (Note: Installment processing requires a minimum downpayment and contract approval, and is strictly available for physical walk-in transactions only).

Important Note for Online Orders:

To maintain a streamlined inventory and prevent bogus buyers, online orders require the minimum downpayment based on the item total before reservation and full payment prior to shipping. Motolectron confirms delivery after the downpayment, then the final bill shows items plus delivery less the verified payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) and online installment plans are currently not allowed for website deliveries.
